The windows of the air-conditioned social living room face the street and the porch, where there is comfortable seating in front of a 65" SMART TV with a soundbar (NETFLIX, YouTube, ANTIK TV, GO net TV applications) and a dining table for 8 people. The entrance to this room is from the well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, hob, electric oven, electric kettle, glasses, set of cast iron and stainless steel pots, pans, automatic DeLonghi bean coffee machine, dishwasher...), which has its own bathroom and A toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a pull-out bed for another 2 guests with their own mattress make up apartment No. 1 for 4 people.
Another entrance is apartment No. 2 with a generous double bed for 2 guests, a wardrobe, a private bathroom and an excellently equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, electric kettle). Apartment 1 and 2 can be connected together.

SEPARATE air-conditioned apartment No. 3 has a separate entrance, a double bed and a cot, SMART TV, a separate kitchen with a refrigerator and a summer terrace, a washing machine with a dryer.

It includes wellness, infrared sauna and jacuzzi, which will complement your stay in the AGGTELEK National Park with beneficial effects.

Location

Aggtelek National Park has been listed as a UNESCO Natural Heritage site since 1995 as a joint Slovak-Hungarian entry. The best-known cave of Aggtelek and Slovak Karst is Baradla-Domica, which is 25 km long. The underground world is a refuge for 500 different animal species and findings prove that prehistoric humans once lived in some caves. The Baradla cave has such excellent acoustics that classical music cave concerts are organized in this unusual concert hall. Aggtelek appears annually in travel guides as one of the top Hungarian tourist destinations.

Things to see

The excellent location of our country house within Aggtelek guarantees many experiences during your stay with us. On the way to Aggtelek, you pass through the picturesque village of Jósvafő, where some parts of the series "1890" were filmed, which was shot at the Betliar manor and is a paradise for cycling and mushroom picking.

The Tengerszem restaurant and other restaurants in the area offer typical Hungarian cuisine and replenish your energy during active relaxation.

The former flooded Rudabánya quarry with amber-colored water is mainly sought after by divers and is also suitable for swimming. The nearby goat farm offers horseback riding opportunities. Natural springs with quality water, the location of the national park whose symbol is the ubiquitous salamander, with excellent climatic conditions, is a proven place for natural treatment of respiratory diseases and stays for allergy sufferers.

History lovers will be enchanted by the L'Huillier-Coburg manor in the town of Edelény with its beautiful castle park, or the printing museum with the largest book in the world, located in Szinpetri and listed in the Guinness Book of Records.
